I’ve always been active and drawn to fitness, competing in sports throughout high school and college. But for all of those years, I wasn’t truly informed on how to fuel or train my body in a way that aligned with my goals. I found myself stuck—putting in effort without seeing the results I knew were possible. That frustration is what pushed me to take control and figure it out for myself.
Through years of research, trial and error, and hands-on experience, I transformed not only my body but my entire understanding of training and nutrition. I earned my personal training certification in 2022 while completing my undergraduate degree in Health Science and later my Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University, graduating in 2024. My education, combined with real-world experience, gave me a deeper understanding of how the body moves, functions, and adapts.
That’s what led me to create the OTFit framework—a blend of evidence-based fitness and occupational therapy principles designed to help women train smarter, move better, and build strength that lasts. My goal is simple: to give you the clarity, structure, and confidence I once lacked, so you can stop feeling stuck and start making real progress toward your goals.
